RETAIL MANAGER

The Retail Manager at Spread Market & Larder will be the friendly face customers see when they walk in the door. You will interact with customers, share why we love each product, create daily reports, stock the shelves, manage the POS, and support the owners in promoting the brand. You'll be in charge of managing inventory and should be curious about specialty food products and beverages. This role is full-time and reports directly to the owners.

You will handle the day-to-day operations for the retail portion of the market and ideally are passionate about cool companies with cool products. Bonus points if you have experience in food retail.

We'd love someone motivated, interested in business operations, highly organized, and reliable with stellar communication skills.

Baker

This is not your average kitchen job. As Head Baker, you will oversee the production of house-made snacks, sandwiches, and bread. In addition to making delicious food, you will keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.

Bread baking experience is a must but there is also opportunity to learn and grow your skillset. Passion exceeds experience and creativity is encouraged.
