Using a very old sourdough starter as our leavening agent and heritage grains from Kentucky, our doughs are baked every morning with methodical precision. Everything we bake comes from sourdough — our bread, sandwich loaves, and cinnamon rolls. 

The sandwiches are constructed, wrapped, and loaded into the cooler, where you can grab one before they sell out. Each day, we offer a vegetarian sandwich and a meat sandwich.
